Will servicing with you void my new-car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law, your warranty can't be voided just because you use an independent workshop, as long as servicing follows the manufacturer's specifications. We use parts and fluids that meet spec and stamp your logbook.
How often should I service my car?
Follow your logbook. Most modern cars are every 12 months or 10,000 to 15,000 km, whichever comes first. Turbocharged engines, towing and lots of short trips can justify shorter intervals.
What do I need to bring?
Just the car, the keys and your logbook if you have one. If your wheels have locking nuts, leave the key in the glovebox.
